AI Engineer

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our CEO and technical leadership to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions—focusing on privacy-preserving models, RAG pipelines, and edge AI deployments.
What You'll Do
- Develop and fine-tune AI/ML models for private, on-premise use
- Build data processing pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
- Collaborate on architecture decisions for scalable AI deployment
- Stay on top of emerging AI/ML technologies and privacy standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with Python, LLMs, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Knowledge of data security and privacy in AI systems
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or agent-based systems a plus
- Startup mindset: adaptable, self-driven, collaborative
Full-Stack Developer

About the Role
As a full-stack developer, you'll own and evolve our core platform. You'll build intuitive UIs, robust APIs, and scalable back-end services that power PolusAI's Private AI products.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain front-end applications (React/Next.js or similar)
- Build secure, scalable back-end services (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Work closely with AI engineers to integrate models into production
- Help shape our product roadmap and engineering practices
What We're Looking For
- Solid full-stack development experience (frontend + backend)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker)
- Understanding of authentication, data security, and API design
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
